Twenty guests, one boat, one bill
Group organisers in Labuan Bajo hit the same wall: most boats that sleep twenty do not have twenty berths anyone wants, and most boats with good cabins sleep ten. Neptune sits on the right side of both — seven en-suite cabins on a forty-metre hull, rated to twenty guests.
Because the charter is priced per vessel, the per-head cost falls as the party grows. At twenty guests a 3D2N charter works out around USD 573 each.
Why groups take it
Shared space is the thing that actually matters
A group of twenty spends very little of the trip in cabins. What decides whether the charter works is whether everyone can sit down together for dinner, whether there is deck to spread out on during crossings, and whether there is somewhere to make noise at night without waking the people who went to bed.
Neptune answers all three: an indoor dining room, a full-length sundeck, and a bar and karaoke lounge on the main deck.

Twenty guests on a forty-metre hull means the shared spaces are never the bottleneck. Sundeck above, lounge and dining amidships, shaded seating aft.

What is the real maximum?
Twenty guests. Seven cabins, with additional guests sharing at USD 500–550 each depending on duration.
Can you handle dietary requirements?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, halal, allergies. Send the list at booking rather than on the day, so the galley provisions for it in Labuan Bajo.
Can we split the payment?
The charter is invoiced as one booking. How the group settles between itself is up to the organiser.
How far ahead for a group?
For June to September, several months. Group dates rarely move, and the boat is one hull.
