Whole-boat hire

The entire vessel, and nobody else on it

A private charter is the whole of Neptune Cruise Phinisi for your party: all seven cabins, all three decks, the full crew, and an itinerary you help set rather than one you join.

Rates start at USD 8,900 for two days and one night and run to USD 20,950 for a full week. That is per charter, not per person — which is why the arithmetic starts working in your favour somewhere around ten guests.

What changes

A charter is not just a bigger booking

On a shared departure the route is fixed and the schedule belongs to the group. On a charter it belongs to you: a later start after a long flight, a second night at an anchorage you liked, a dive stop added because two of the party are certified.

The galley works to your party as well — dietary requirements, a birthday dinner, a celebration on the sundeck. Tell us at booking rather than on the day.

Charter questions

How far ahead should we book?

For the dry-season peak between June and September, several months. Outside it, weeks rather than months — but the boat is one hull, so dates go in order.

Can we bring fewer than twenty guests?

Yes. The charter rate is for the vessel; a smaller party simply has more room. Additional guests above the base party are USD 500–550 each depending on duration.

Are park fees included?

No. Komodo National Park entrance, ranger and activity fees are collected separately in cash and vary by nationality, day of the week and activity.

Can we start or finish somewhere other than Labuan Bajo?

Longer one-way routes can be discussed — Lombok to Komodo, for example — but they change the duration and the price. Ask before you book flights.
