Charter information
Price list
Two ways to sail: take a cabin on a shared departure, or take the whole boat. Shared cabins are priced per person and start at USD 610 for the 3D2N. A private charter is priced per vessel and starts at USD 8,900.
Everything below is the published rate. Komodo National Park entrance, ranger and activity fees sit outside it and are collected in cash on the day — they vary by nationality, by day of the week and by whether you are trekking, snorkelling or diving.
What you are buying
Rates below are per person on the shared 3D2N departure. On a charter the cabins come with the boat.

Top deck
The forward master on the top deck: queen bed, en-suite, and a private balcony that looks straight down the bow.

Top deck
The second top-deck master, identical in size and finish, with its own balcony and the shortest walk to the sundeck.

Main deck
Main-deck cabin with a queen bed and full en-suite, a few steps from the indoor dining room and the lounge.

Lower deck
Lower-deck cabin with a queen bed, en-suite and a sea-view window — the steadiest berths on board in a swell.
Shared cabin
Book a cabin rather than the boat. You sail with up to nineteen other guests on the signature three-day, two-night route.

What the fare covers

Paid separately
Komodo National Park bills as separate components: an entrance ticket that differs for foreign and domestic visitors and rises on Sundays and public holidays, a ranger or trekking fee usually charged per ranger per group, a snorkelling fee per person per day, a higher diving fee per diver per day, a conservation and insurance levy, a harbour fee, and camera or drone permits.
Traveller and operator reports cluster in a range rather than a figure, and the components change. We would rather be accurate than convenient: budget for it in cash, and ask us for the current breakdown close to your dates.
Payment
Directly with the operator, never through an agent, using Stripe, Airwallex, American Express, Visa or Mastercard.
Shared cabin rates are per person. Private charter rates are for the whole vessel, up to twenty guests, with an additional-guest rate above your base party.
The published rate card is the one above. Peak dry-season dates between June and September go first, so availability rather than price is usually the constraint.
Park fees, flights to Labuan Bajo, alcohol, dive packages, travel insurance and crew gratuities.
Reservations
Tell us your dates, guest count, dietary needs and whether anyone in the party dives. We reply with live availability and a written quote — direct from the operator, never through an agent.
